Abstract: 

Judgment is the most important output of a judicial system. It is the most valuable document and the most complete proof, reflecting the truth hidden in the case in question, especially if a decision is expressed in the form of a” judgment on the merits” on the case, decisively ends the dispute and expresses the judge's final opinion regarding the nature of the case (Article 299 of the Iranian Civil Procedure Code). This task has been given to the courts and it is the real mission and the main project of the Judiciary. Review of a judgment, delineating its strengths and sometimes its shortcomings and inadequacies, is the best assistance one can render the administration of Justice. Based on this belief, I have gone to a judgment that is highly worthy of criticism. Non-existences, deficiencies, shortcomings and inadequacies are evident in this judgment. A Judgment that ends a dispute relying the efforts of multiple people through several original and ancillary claims, but fails in its main mission. In this short research, first the text of a judgment, then its writing inadequacies and substantive challenges are mentioned. In the midst of this discussion, the essential elements in making a magnificent, useful and worthy judgment shall be set forth.

Abstract: 

Procedural Justice concerns the way and method of drawing Justice System. Questions about it are remarkably persistent. We can find here different Theories: What is the aim of civil dispute resolution; Accuracy or solving the conflicts of interests anyway. Some others, in the utilitarian tradition have argued that Procedural fairness can be reduced to the calculation of costs and benefits. The third theory called Participation that assumes that the very idea of a correct outcome must be understood as a function of process that guarantees fair and equal participation. The participation is not well-defined, because it rests on uncertain and varying foundations: for this reason, we will investigate four interpretations for it such as: Dignity, Satisfaction, Rational discourse and finally, Gaming.

Abstract: 

The present study was carried out to investigate the relationship between coworker based interactional Justice and Procedural Justice with organizational citizenship behaviors. Research method was correlation and statistical population was the employees of some industrial complexes in Esfahan city, among them 306 employees were selected via convenience sampling. Research instruments consisted of Organizational Justice Inventory and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors Questionnaire (Haaland, 2002). Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and regression analysis (enter method). Findings showed that there was a positive significant correlation between Procedural Justice and coworker based interactional Justice with organizational citizenship behaviors toward organization, and coworkers (P<0/01). The result of enter regression analysis also revealed that there was a significant multiple correlation between Procedural Justice and coworker based interactional Justice with organizational citizenship behaviors toward organization and between coworker based interactional Justice with organizational citizenship behaviors toward coworkers (P<0/01).

Abstract: 

The research method in the present research is descriptive-analytical and its type is basic in terms of purpose and documentary and field methods are used to collect information. The statistical population of this research consists of all the rural areas of Jiroft city. According to the statistics provided by Iran Statistics Center in 2015, Jiroft city has a population of 308,858 people and 92,937 households. Of these, 153,153 people with 46,543 households live in urban areas and 155,698 people with 46,392 households live in rural areas of the city. Also, in this research, cluster sampling method (multi-stage) was used. For this purpose, in the first stage, among the 4 districts of Jiroft city, among the 14 villages of this city according to the census of 2015, 11 villages were selected as a cluster sample, and then a number of villages were randomly selected from each cluster, and in total, the desired samples were from The level of 11 villages was collected. According to the 2015 census, this city has 30 villages with more than 1000 inhabitants (Jabalbarz 2 villages, Markazi 21 villages, Ismaili 7 villages).In the following, to investigate the effect of distributive Justice and Procedural Justice on the "infrastructure of the creative village", while confirming the positive and significant correlation of these two variables with Pearson's correlation test, the results of structural equation modeling with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach show that The dimension of distributive Justice, taking into account the direct and indirect effects, has had a greater impact on the infrastructure of the creative village in the sample settlements with a coefficient of 0.755. Abstract: 

Empowerment employee is one of effective techniques to increase employee's productivity and efficient use of the capacity and capabilities of individual and group them in line with organizational goals. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship of ethical leadership with psychological empowerment with mediating of Procedural Justice and interactional Justice. Participants include 200 employees of Aghajari Oil and Gas Production Company was selected by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling and bootstrap method. The results indicated that the proposed model fit the data properly. According to these results ethical leadership directly and too by mediating Procedural Justice and interactional Justice effect on psychological empowerment. The results showed that ethical leadership is associated with psychological empowerment. Also this style of leadership is to promote Procedural Justice and interactional Justice and through these two types of Justice can provide employees empowerment.

Abstract: 

Introduction: This article explains law – evasion from the Procedural Justice theory point of view considering Tom Taylor theory. The Law evasion is a behavior that disregards formal norms in society. This research a new classification of law evasion ispresented it is differedbetween: soft and hard law evasion. This research explains soft law evasion. The soft law evasion includes all behaviors that disregard formal law in society and also is nonviolent, occasionally, and often is encountered with no punishment. This research analyzes the correlation between Procedural inJustice, political illegitimacy, civic distrust and law-evasion.Method: This is a descriptive-correlative survey. We applied Multi- stage sampling, a sample of 400tehran citizen over 24was chose to fill out study questionnaires.Findings: when people notice unfair and inJustice law performance procedures, the law obedience behavior declines. In this situation, lack of Procedural Justice in law performance make authorities lost their legitimacy in view of people. This subject make people law evasion in society. These three variables (Procedural inJustice, civic distrust, illegitimacy) together explain %27 of variation of dependent variable.conclusion: When law performance procedures are inJustice, people’s next behavior in front of law will not resemble with prior position. In fact, Procedural InJustice and law prejudicial performance will change people orientation into authorities. The prejudicial condition of law performance via authorities reduces people’s trust into them and people question their legitimacy at the end. These variable reciprocal effects afford persons law-evasion in society. In fact, in this condition people prefer law-evasion versus law-obedience.
